For our Client, an international manufacturing company we are looking for a candidate for an Area Sales Engineer (Baltics/ Romania/Moldova – automotive aftermarket) position.

Area Sales Engineer (Baltics/ Romania/Moldova – automotive aftermarket)

Range of responsibilities:

  • Organizing, planning and managing the sales and marketing aspects of independent Aftermarket Mobile Equipment Solutions filtration products through existing distribution network in the assigned countries
  • Cooperation with customer service, internal sales, marketing, business development and product management departments
  • Identifying new distribution partners and help them to develop their filtration business
  • Managing and optimizing profit through introduction of correct pricing tactics, sales plans and strategies
  • Introducing new products at existing and potential new distributors to gain additional market share
  • Attending and organizing product trainings for distributors
  • Frequent travelling to (potential) clients, trade fairs and seminars
  • Sales responsibility for territory of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania & Moldova

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales of technical products, spare parts (preferably in equipment sales or automotive)
  • Ideally, product knowledge in the field of filtration or in aftersales / aftermarket for on-road / off-road / marine applications
  • Very good level of written and spoken English, Russian and Polish
  • Willingness to travel (60%)
  • Technical understanding
  • Customer service orientation
  • Communication & negotiating skills
  • Results-oriented, independent and pro-active way of working
