Controlling SAP Key User (FICO)

Scope of responsibilities:

• Understand and support the improvement of the different business processes within the given functional area applied in the different subsidiaries of the region.
• Lead the animation of CE FI key users’ community.
• Improve efficiency of the accounting processes within CE subsidiaries.
• Cooperate with the different support partners, management and Group Finance BPO.
• Facilitate efficient use of SAP FI and accounting processes improvement.
• Ensure most of the possible benefits of using SAP.
• Improve the Finance model.

Requirements:

• Experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally in manufacturing.
• Practical experience as a SAP Key User in the finance domain with strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules: FIGL, FIAA, FI New GL, FI AP, FI AR, and VIM.
• Ability to work in a complex, multinational SAP environment and manage a large group of users in a matrix organization.
• Strong skills in analyzing and improving finance processes across regions.
• Experience in leading key user communities, sharing best practices, and promoting standardization.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business up to 50% of the time (at least one week per month).
• A proactive leader with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Comfortable in a multicultural, matrix organization, with a talent for training and knowledge sharing. 
• Analytical, adaptable, and focused on continuous process improvement.
