Our Client, an international production company in FMCG area, is looking for a Controlling SAP Key User (FICO).The role can be based in Warsaw, Opole, Wrocław, Prague or Budapest.

Controlling SAP Key User (FICO)

Scope of responsibilities:

Understand and support the improvement of the different business processes within the given functional area applied in the different subsidiaries of the region.
Lead the animation of CE FI key users’ community.
Improve efficiency of the accounting processes within CE subsidiaries.
Cooperate with the different support partners, management and Group Finance BPO.
Facilitate efficient use of SAP FI and accounting processes improvement.
Ensure most of the possible benefits of using SAP.
Improve the Finance model.

Requirements:

Experience in Finance or Controlling, ideally in manufacturing.
Practical experience as a SAP Key User in the finance domain with strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards.
Deep understanding of SAP modules: FIGL, FIAA, FI New GL, FI AP, FI AR, and VIM.
Ability to work in a complex, multinational SAP environment and manage a large group of users in a matrix organization.
Strong skills in analyzing and improving finance processes across regions.
Experience in leading key user communities, sharing best practices, and promoting standardization.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel for business up to 50% of the time (at least one week per month).
A proactive leader with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable in a multicultural, matrix organization, with a talent for training and knowledge sharing.
