Technical / Production Manager

Scope of responsibilities:

• Preparing and launching production: Supervising the installation of the machine fleet and the start-up of electronic controller production from scratch.
• Operational management: Responsibility for the day-to-day running of production, logistics, purchasing of electronic components and quality control.
• Team building: Recruiting, training and coordinating the work of team leaders and production staff (target size: approx. 100 people).
• Process optimisation: Analysing costs and process efficiency and implementing optimisation measures from the first days of the plant’s operation.
• Implementing standards: Introducing the principles of modern production management (Lean, 5S, TPM) and industry standards (IPC/ISO).
• Technical supervision and R&D: Working with the design department on technology transfer (NPI) and implementing automation and robotisation solutions.
• Reporting: Preparing operational and technical reports for the Management Board and defining key KPIs.

Requirements:

• Technical university degree: Electronics, electrical engineering, automation or related fields preferred.
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in production management, including experience in the electronics or electrical industry (essential).
• Greenfield experience: Experience in launching new plants or production lines is an advantage.
• Management skills: Natural authority and the ability to build structures and manage a team during a phase of rapid growth.
• Technology knowledge: Practical knowledge of electronics assembly (SMT/THT) and testing of electronic assemblies.
• Lean Manufacturing: Practical knowledge of production optimisation tools and quality management systems.
• English: At a level that allows fluent technical and business communication. Ukrainian will be an additional advantage.
• Personality: A strong results orientation, independence in decision-making and excellent organisation of work.
