On behalf of our Client, a company from the industrial sector, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Planning and preparing the delivery of overhaul and service projects
- Coordinating the work of contractor teams on site
- Supervising overhaul, modernisation and installation work
- Monitoring schedules, budgets and progress of the work
- Ongoing cooperation with the customer during project delivery
- Analysing technical documentation of power equipment
- Solving technical problems and supporting contractor teams
- Supervising compliance with quality and health and safety standards
- Preparing technical reports and as-built documentation
- Taking part in preparing technical bids
- Working with equipment manufacturers and technology partners
- Taking part in diagnostic analyses and root cause analysis (RCA)
Requirements:
- Technical university degree (mechanics, power engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields) preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in the power industry or heavy industry
- Experience in delivering overhaul, service or modernisation projects
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Willingness to travel for work in Poland and abroad (more than 50% of working time)
- Good command of English
- Category B driving licence
