For our Client, an international company producing high-quality animal feed additives, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager.

Technical Sales Manager Poland

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales within the assigned region
  • Actively acquire new customers in the monogastric segment in Poland – large-scale farmers and integrators
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients, providing them with ongoing technical support
  • Manage relationships with distributors in Poland and Ukraine
  • Cooperate with the Technical Department on customer support and product implementation
  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics Department
  • Monitor market trends, identify customer needs, and analyze competitor activities
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events

Requirements:

  • University degree in animal nutrition, veterinary science, zootechnics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales of feed or feed additives for monogastric animals
  • Previous experience in working with distributors will be considered a strong asset
  • Strong self-motivation, proactive approach, and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Solid negotiation skills and a commercial mindset
  • Fluent Polish and very good English
