Sales Manager Baltic States
Scope of responsibilities:
- Developing sales in the Baltic countries through active commercial activities (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)
- Acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with existing customers and business partners
- Building and systematically expanding the customer base (distributors, industrial clients, retail chains)
- Supporting business partners in sales activities and regional marketing campaigns
- Actively seeking end customers and new distribution channels
- Promoting the company’s products in retail and commercial channels
- Close cooperation with the Baking Center to improve and develop the product offer
- Motivating and supporting employees of distribution partners in achieving sales targets
- Reporting work result
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales in the food / FMCG sector – minimum 5 years
- Higher education – preferred fields: economics, sales, marketing, management
- Good understanding of the specifics of the Baltic markets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Proactive attitude and engagement
- Strong negotiation and commercial communication skills
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge of Lithuanian or Latvian would be a plus
- Willingness to work in the Baltic region and travel frequently
- Category B driving license
- Very good knowledge of the Windows package
