For our Client, an international production company in Opole Voivodeship, we are looking for a Financial Manager.
Financial Manager
Scope of responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Reporting for Manufacturing Plant
- Monitor all Legal Reporting
- Prepare Annual Reports & Financial Statements
- Monthly Closing
- Take care of SOX Compliance & Controls
- Audits: establish good relationships with internal and external auditors; preparation and handling of these audits.
- Ensure compliance with company’s procedures and practices
- Improvement & Global Projects
- Leading a small team of Accountant Specialists
Requirements:
- University degree and min. 5 years of experience in Finance Management
- Good knowledge of Polish accounting and tax laws
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage
- Good PC skills (MS Office: Excel – advanced level) and ERP system
- Leadership & communication skills, people orientation
- Analytical & endurance for problem solving
