Automation Manager

Scope of responsibilities:

• Lead a team of automation engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality automation solutions
• Mentor and train team members in advanced automation techniques and technologies
• Design and program automation control systems and equipment
• Develop and validate control panels and components for automation
• Oversee the integration of sensors, actuators, and control devices
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Manage automation projects from inception to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing system performance, implementing corrective actions, and recommending updates aligned with the latest automation technologies.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Experience in automation engineering
• Experience in leadership, managerial role, or project management
• Strong expertise in web-based programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, …
• Advanced skills in programming and configuring HMI systems
• Proven abilities in project management and team leadership
• Communicative English and Italian
