Sales Manager Baltic States

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Developing sales in the Baltic countries through active commercial activities (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)
  • Acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with existing customers and business partners
  • Building and systematically expanding the customer base (distributors, industrial clients, retail chains)
  • Supporting business partners in sales activities and regional marketing campaigns
  • Actively seeking end customers and new distribution channels
  • Promoting the company’s products in retail and commercial channels
  • Close cooperation with the Baking Center to improve and develop the product offer
  • Motivating and supporting employees of distribution partners in achieving sales targets
  • Reporting work result

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales in the food / FMCG sector – minimum 5 years
  • Higher education – preferred fields: economics, sales, marketing, management
  • Good understanding of the specifics of the Baltic markets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Proactive attitude and engagement
  • Strong negotiation and commercial communication skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian or Latvian would be a plus
  • Willingness to work in the Baltic region and travel frequently
  • Category B driving license
  • Very good knowledge of the Windows package
