On behalf of our Client, an international company from the agri sector, we are looking for a Product Development Manager.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Designing and developing new product solutions based on analysis of market trends and business data.
- Coordinating the process of introducing the concepts developed into production, taking into account applicable quality and technological standards.
- Assessing the effectiveness of functional components and recommending optimal raw-material solutions in cooperation with the purchasing and quality teams.
- Overseeing the analysis of quality reports and initiating actions to improve processes and products.
- Managing a team.
- Monitoring the progress of research and development projects and assessing the effectiveness of the initiatives implemented.
- Close cross-departmental cooperation.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Advanced knowledge of monogastric animal nutrition.
- Knowledge of functional nutritional components and their impact on production efficiency.
- Experience in production technology.
- Practical experience in developing and introducing new products.
- Experience in managing a team and/or research and development projects.
- Communicative English.
