For our Client, an international manufacturing company located in Masovian Voivodeship, we are looking for a candidate for the Production Manager position.

Production Manager

Range of responsibilities:

  • Defining, planning and optimizing all available resources and budget in order to deploy Value Stream targets
  • Defining and communicating individual/group targets
  • Validating goods movement process outcome and production levelling
  • Validating pacemaker plan and procedures
  • Participating to new product launch activities and approve start of production
  • Ensuring STD process implementation and execution according to corporation standards, EH&S and work regulations
  • Ensuring adherence to corporation standards (tools, processes, SOP’s) and execute audits
  • Ensuring Value Stream performances results and KPIs monitoring and publishing
  • Executing problem solving strategies and continuous improvement process for the Value Stream
  • Providing and ensuring support for issues escalation process
  • Managing and executing HR processes ensuring their implementation for the VS population
  • Ensuring good team – working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication
  • Validating and approve training plan ensuring individual professional growth and development


  • Higher education (technical or economic)
  • 3 + years’ experience on similar position
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Strong skills of coordination and working with multifunctional teams
  • Practical knowledge of and experience with implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Strong project management skills with the abilities to plan, prioritise and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining calm under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to build good relationships, communicate clearly and effectively, and with confidence
  • Team working and communication skills
  • Leadership attitude
  • Self-motivated, with a real ‘can do’ attitude
  • Flexibility
  • Goal orientation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Power Point
  • Advanced English skills
