The candidate verification process carried out by STALWART MANACUS has a multi-stage character and allows to verify a perfect candidate on many levels, from the character profile, to hard competences. We only present candidates who fully match the profile.

We respect our Clients’ time.

On our part, you can count on the 3-8 months of guarantee for our work (depending on the type of position) and an off-limits clause for the entire duration of employment of the candidate in your company.

A recruitment order is considered finalised when the recommended Candidate takes up a job. Short project duration ¬– usually 3-6 weeks (the fastest order completion time in our company was 7 days).

  • We will help you specify the job description and expectations of the Candidates.
  • We will ask you about the organisational culture of your company.
  • Together, we will establish the principles of communication during the project.




  • Keeps in touch with you and informs you about the progress of the project.
  • The consultant will identify companies and candidates, verify the candidates and select those who match your organisation’s needs.
  • The consultant will provide you with an interview report and recommend from 2 to 5 Candidates.
  • If requested, the consultant will provide you with a process report, which, for instance, will help you get valuable information from the market.
  • The consultant will collect your feedback and pass it on to the Candidates.
  • If it is your decision, the consultant will present an offer to the selected Candidate, support you in negotiations and complete the formalities.
