Step I – application submission

If you have not yet registered in our database, we invite you to submit an application. If you are already registered, we will contact you by phone/text message, e-mail or LinkedIn.

Step II – an invitation to a recruitment process

We send an invitation to the recruitment process in which we present the job description, the Client’s requirements and employment conditions offered by our Client.

Step – III recruitment process

Next, we discuss the offer with you and ask a couple of short verification questions. If you are interested and meet the requirements, we invite you to the next stage. This is an interview, which, on average, takes one hour. The candidates’ verification process in our company has a multi-stage character. We examine many levels: from characterological profile to hard competences. Because of this, we will ask a lot of different questions, we may also ask you to perform some tasks. If our client requires us to check your references, we will ask you to indicate people we can talk to about you.

Step – IV presentation of the Candidate’s profile

Next, we present your profile to the Client. If the Client is interested in interviewing you, we arrange a meeting. We give you feedback on how you performed.

Step V - finishing the recruitment process

If the Client makes you a job offer, we give you the opportunity to discuss the details with him/her and, if necessary, support in negotiations. We can also help you with submitting relevant documents and contacting your current employer in order to terminate “in style”, moderate the possible emotions and ensure a comfortable transition from one company to the other.
