For our Client, a production company located in Opolskie Province, we are looking for the candidates who would like to work in the capacity of Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the policy of the Company
- Specifying of the activity of technical, logistic and production departments and obligations of the Department Managers
- Ensuring the quality of products in Company according to the specifications after consultation with the Commercial Department with respect of legal regulations
- Defining the targets in terms of the consumption ratios, and helping to reach these targets
- Controlling the current production costs and taking appropriate action to minimize them
- Specifying the investments in Company and following-up their realization
- Planning maintenance tasks in the Company
- Negotiation with suppliers and coordinating the purchases for the particular units
- Supporting environment protection issues
- Conducting and performing any specific tasks required by the Management Board or by the Directors after the approval of the Management Board
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in technical field (manufacturing, technology, automation or mechanics)
- Fluent Polish and very good English spoken and written
- Extended, more than 5 years of experience on a similar function gained in production environment
- Knowledge of modern methods and trends in the management of production process and quality

- Strong business understanding and problem solving. Ability to define how findings influence on certain business/fields. Innovation management
- Management skills and social understanding
- Leadership skills with a special focus on managing the projects, change management and delegating motivating and coaching
